| Assoc. Prof. Bingyan LiuBeijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, China Liu Bingyan is an Associate Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at the School of Computer Science, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT), and is supported by a university-level talent program. He serves as an Executive Member of the System Software Specialized Committee of the China Computer Federation (CCF), a Member of the Intelligent Service Specialized Committee of the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (CAAI), and a Member of the Beijing Key Laboratory of Intelligent Communication Software and Multimedia. He received his Ph.D. from the School of Computer Science, Peking University. His main research interests include ubiquitous computing, optimization of edge-side/embodied intelligent agent systems, trusted computing, federated learning, and smart healthcare. In the past five years, he has published over 20 papers in top-tier CCF-A academic conferences and journals such as Ubicomp, DAC, IEEE S&P, USENIX Security, KDD, WWW, ICSE, ISSTA, and CVPR. His research achievements have been featured in multiple academic live streaming channels and public WeChat accounts. He serves as a program committee member/reviewer for top conferences and journals including Nature Communications, Ubicomp, TPAMI, TMC, ICML, ICLR, KDD, TKDE, TOIS, JSAC, and WWW. He has led projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), the Beijing Key Laboratory Program, the CCF-Huawei Huyalin Fund Special Program on System Software, the CCF-Ant Group Privacy Computing Fund, as well as several industry-commissioned projects. He has received honors such as the Microsoft “Tomorrow Star”, the Academic Innovation Award, and the Beijing Outstanding Undergraduate Thesis Advisor Award. |
| Prof.Huaiqiu ZhuPeking University, China Huaiqiu Zhu currently serves as the Dean of the College of Future Technology at Peking University, and concurrently holding the positions of Director of the Center for Artificial Intelligence and Digital Life at Peking University and Secretary-General of the Beijing Bioinformatics Society. His research focuses on biomedical informatics and computational biology, with an emphasis on applying deep learning and artificial intelligence methods to multi-omics problems in high-throughput data. He has published over 70 SCI papers in journals such as Nature Communications, Nature Machine Intelligence, Science Bulletin, Nucleic Acids Research, Gastroenterology, and Clinical Gastroenterology & Hepatology. He has led and undertaken more than 20 major projects, including key and general projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, projects under the 973 and 863 Programs, key special projects of the National Key R&D Program, and major projects of the National Science and Technology Major Special Program. |

Faizan HamayatCentre of Excellence AI Technology Centre, Pakistan Faizan Hamayat is a Professional Engineer, AI Researcher, and Project Manager with over 7 years of cross-sector professional experience in technology industry in advanced technology development, intelligent systems, and applied research. He holds a B.S. in Electronic Engineering and an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, both supported by funded research projects that received institutional and industry commendation. Currently, Faizan serves as an AI Engineer at the Machine Learning and Deep Learning Lab, Centre of Excellence AI Technology Centre, National Centre for Physics, Islamabad, and as an AI Engineer on the Algorithm Team at Shenzhen AiMall Technology Co. Ltd., China. He is also the Founder and Director of Advanced System Research & Development (Pvt.) Ltd. in Pakistan.His applied research philosophy is grounded in real-world deployment, every project is scoped within practical system constraints, such as edge devices, building management infrastructure, or clinical environments, and evaluated beyond raw accuracy. His technical expertise spans BMS and BACnet protocols, HVAC predictive control, LoRaWAN and ZigBee IIoT networks, Nvidia Jetson edge platforms, FPGA, PCB design, and real-time vision-based automation. Faizan has authored over 20 peer-reviewed publications in reputable venues, including IEEE IJCNN (Rank A, flagship conference of WCCI), IEEE EMBC (Rank A– flagship conference of EMBS), and Elsevier KES (Rank B), and with Best Paper Presentation Awards at IEEE conferences in the USA and Turkey. He serves as a reviewer for more than ten international journals and conferences and has held key organizational roles, including Vice Chair, Program/Event/Workshop Coordinator, and TPC Member for over 14 national and international AI events, seminars, and competitions. As an industry co-supervisor, he has guided numerous B.S. and M.S. thesis students from international universities, supporting research design, funding, and execution. He is also a frequent guest speaker and trainer at international conferences and technical meetings. His contributions have been recognized through multiple awards, project funding, and poster competition honors.
